Q.Why has other fee when i submit my parcel to delivery?
A.Because when you make order,you done first payment,but you know,for the first payment,the total price is budget by our system,when our purchaser buy for you,if item actual price > budget price,for let you continue shopping,we not charge this fee immediately,so when you submit your parcel for delivery,our system will let you charge this fee,but if item actual price < budget price,our system will refund to your efacehome account immediately.
usually,you buy many items from one shop,our system only charge one shopping fee,but actually,the seller charge more,because the weight is heavy,so we have to charge your this fee when you submit your order for delivery.
